Hello Fellow tsikoters..
Ask kolang..cause we are planning to buy a condo unit from an owner that just recently got the unit (fully paid) or just turn over sorry for the term.
Now i did check the papers na meron sila, since newly turn over lang yung unit sa kanila early this year, i heared that it will take months or maybe years to get the CCT, right now what they have is just a certificate stating that fully paid na sila sa unit..
Now this is new to me, cause most property we bought has title na kaya xfering the title is easy for us.
need you're advise to what should i need to check and to whom? to make sure everything is legit before we give the money..
TIA as always.
