    Hello mga fellow tsikoters..

San po kaya mas makakamura sa pag gawa ng plans and permit?

1.) sa labas kami magpapagawa ng plans and everything then pasa sa city hall for permits?
2.) sa city hall na kami magpagawa ng plans and everything including permits?

Also meron napo naka experience dito magpatayo ng bahay na walang electricity connection yung bahay?

    what did you do?

1.) ask you neighbors for connection and you'll just pay them for the meantime while your applying for temporary connection sa meralco? (What if hinde friendly neighbors niyo pano?)
2.) Devils thinking - mag tap sa linya ng meralco for the meantime until meron kanang temporary connection?

Hope to hear from you soon...thanks in advance..

tingin ko mas makakamura ka kung sa loob ka na magpagawa, para isang tirahan na lang.... may mga cities or municipalities na pinahihirapan nila ang paggawa ng plano.... putting more revisions and questions to it.... if this is the case, pabalik balik ka, and magkakagasta ka sa pabalik balik.

another option is to look for someone or some company who has insider contacts.

on the kuryente issue, mahirap maki deal sa mga kapitbahay ng ganyan.... una, pano nyo i-divide yung haatian nyo? better make everything legal... call and talk to meralco to immediately act on your application.

for the plans, look for a competent architect. marami jan, nag didive sa presyo lalo na mga fresh from passing the boards.

pwedeng sila na din maglakad ng permits, dagdag lang sa compensation.

Pero most of the time contractor na bahala maglakad nun sa city hall.

i remember may existing thread dito about building permit. Anyway, i did not know that you can have your plans made within cityhall. Usually the architect makes your plan and have the necessary sheets (structual, electrical, plumbing, etc signed by respective engineers in the field). May mga requirements and city hall for bldg permit.. and sama mo na din ang bill of materials.

well may mga architects and engineers sa cityhall. Sideline ika nga extra income nila

pero i think bawal practice pag nasa government office ka. Baka they have their own contacts to do (or sign) these

Question mga sir, Nakagawa na kami ng plano and naka sign and sealed napo mga plano, my question po sa application forms ng building, electrical and plumbing ay may pirma sila sa design part lang at wala sa supervise part, ok lang kaya ipasa to with their signature sa part nayun? May nagsabi sakin na aslong as may pirma na plan mo ay dedma nalang ung application forms..

    Please elp..ty
