It has SCAM written all over it.
First of all, you won't be winning any lottery you haven't joined by buying a ticket or entering a bet. Second, its the winner who generally notifies the lottery agency that he won by presentment of the winning ticket.

Oo nga naman. How can you win a lottery by not joining one? Dun pa lang SCAM na eh. Baka yan yung mga typical Nigerian letters, ignore it. You see llike most scams like the recent Bernie Madoff scam its all powered by greed. Without greed, there is no scam. Be logical first don't let the greed consume us.
