    I had the same thoughts exactly... Although the bombing in Boston is indeed an act of terrorism and is something to be saddened and angered about, there is just so much more wanton killing going on in the world today that does not garner the same type of attention from humanity anymore.

    EDSA/Commonwealth bus drivers, Philippine elections and the Ampatuans, still have a higher death toll.

    Yeah, at first I thought the runner who fell down right after the blast got hit by shrapnel, turns out he's a 78 yr. old runner who got tossed by the shockwave.
