mukhang wala pa. para manalo kasi sa police, dapat everyone in the gang is at least hood 25. declaring war with the police will send 12,500 police for each member of the gang. with 25 attack limit in 24hrs (which is also the span of war) means killing 500 police with each attack, lesser than that, talo na yung gang. tapos meron pang modifier ang police, so dapat experienced na ang mga thugs to be able to match the police.

Here's the reply:
They've been at war constantly and are strengthening their thugs. Also, the only attack bonus in this round is a low level hood bonus. The lower you are the STRONGER you are.

Hawk, who is incidentally one of the creator of the game, agreed that this is possible since the the attack system changes constantly and I quote "grr that's not how i made the attack system for this game...hes changing my system!". I believe he was referring to rez on this.

The thug's ability was also discussed:
"i wan't you guys to show you something al go check up in my log i was attacking a guy who is not in a gang assuming he has low experience he i was wright one time i forgot to rehire thugs and they al died and he won after that defeating him was very hard was it because my thugs died and you loose experience or did one little win gave him the experience to beat the crap out of me"
