July 4th, 2005 04:02 PM #1since na mention na yun mga pre need na yan. nun isang linggo lng pala binawi ko na mga binayad ko sa pacific. ganun ba talaga 40% lng mababawi ko eh nakaka 4yrs nako out of 5yrs eh.. grabe ang laki ng binawas nila.
magkano ba sa ibang companies kng gusto mo bawiin.
nawalan na tlga ako ng tiwala sa pre need na yan kaya binawi ko na
at di na ako muli kukuha pa...
...magpakailanman...
... hindi magbabago ang sinisigaw....
grabe ang labo ng status nila, lahat yata ng motion nila to rehabilitate or wat rejected. tpos yun inincorporate nilang company na lifetime w/c is pacific naman tlaga deemed illegal yun incorporation---of cors wat wil you expect eh halata naman yun style nila! para di madamay palitan ng pangalan at i transfer yun ibang resources ...
tama ba yun naging decision ko or not(na bawiin yun binayad)???

for me ang CAP ng 2 kids ko.. I just will wait for further developments..
Besides maybe after 10 years ko pa kelangan para sa college ng bata..
Hoping by that time, eh medyo ayos na ang CAP..

pacific is actually offering a good compensation for the planholders... they'll pay a certain cash equivalent for those with open-ended plans... the computation is roughly around 15% interest per year, compounded (which is a good deal btw) of the total amount paid. problem is that the planholders did not agree with this (though you can't blame them since they have a signed contract).

pero sayang din yun pang sound set up ko sana yun iba kng nabawi ko lahat
actually feeling ko mali na binawi ko gzto ko nga sana bayaran muna lahat
tpos wait for the offer ng pacific kng paano babayaran sakin..
madami ksi nag pull out eh.. so masaya ang pacific dahil mababawasan sila ng obligations in the furure..
feeling ko ako talo eh at masaya sila yuchengco
