    I worked in jollibee at mahigpit ang quality control, di pwede yung recycle at pinangat (pangatlong init) gaya sa mga carinderia. yung jolly hotdog konti lang naman bumibili nyan kaya usually made to order kaya walang natitira. Kapag malapit nang magsara ang store lahat made to order na. meron pa nga nun na food critic (I forgot the term) na isang parang ordinary customer pero evaluator pala ng quality ng food.

    How can you explain na minsan parang luma na yung chicken na sinerve?

    Parang ininit na lang since nag dry na.

    Sa balat pa lang huli mo yung bagong luto at ininit na or ilan oras na sa warmer?

    Usually yan pag umorder ka nung breakfast joy (chicken)

    When we go to a party (esp a birthday party), it's usually because we know the celebrant. We don't go (or not go) because of the food.

    Must be a Philippine thing. Of course, I still remember an old lady from there whose first words out of her mouth was what college I graduated from. She didn't even want to know my name, which Filipina in the party was my wife, was the food okay, etc.

    All she cared about was where I graduated. As if that has any bearing on who a person is. I was kinda tempted to spar with the old lady; maybe even piss her off. ;) But, I held my fire and just told her where I graduated. As soon as I told her I graduated from a non-Philippine college, all she could say was, "Oh."

    Not everyone is like that. I like having parties and it's sort of a reunion for friends and family.
