    Whitening toothpaste contains more abrasives to whiten the teeth. Abrasives = more scratches to the tooth enamel.

    Natural color of teeth is yellowish naman talaga.
    i think the more important thing is to brush regularly. i just pick up what's on sale/promo, tutal 1-2 years pa ang expiration

    I think most toothpastes are the same. I stick with colgate toothpaste though. The toothbrush is more important I think. Colgates slimsoft are the best it has super soft bristles. No bloody gums even when I dig deep into the gums.

    I like Systema toothbrushes. Imported from Japan and with very very soft bristles. 👍
