Colgate gamit ko. naka sale naman parati hehe

Whitening toothpaste contains more abrasives to whiten the teeth. Abrasives = more scratches to the tooth enamel.

Natural color of teeth is yellowish naman talaga.
i think the more important thing is to brush regularly. i just pick up what's on sale/promo, tutal 1-2 years pa ang expiration

I think most toothpastes are the same. I stick with colgate toothpaste though. The toothbrush is more important I think. Colgates slimsoft are the best it has super soft bristles. No bloody gums even when I dig deep into the gums.

Im using no-fluoride toothpaste.....lagpas 10 years na.

Sa local supermarket puro meron fluoride. Dati nagkaroon twin lotus herbal toothpaste from thailand kaso mahina ata sales kaya wala na ngayon.

Sa toothbrush naman so far pinakamaganda maglinis yung high density ng colgate. Abot na abot above and side ng third molar.

Nagduda nga ako kasi makitid lang shape mukhang pang bata pero dahil doon sa high density (more than 3000 slim tip bristles) kaya effective.

Yung pinapasikat ng colgate na slimsoft 0.01 bristle eh ok front and side pero pag molars na kahit more brushing pressure mahirap maglinis. Considering mas mahal pa kaysa high density.
