I use Opalescence. I get it from my dentist since I had my teeth bleached.

Before that I used Aqua Fresh. I love the stripes kasi! heehee. Any brand will do for me except Hapee. Kasi it reminds me of the commercial "Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Have you brushed your teeth blah blah"
