I gargle 10 ml of pure Bactidol when I have sore throat. Otherwise, I use Orahex which I buy from my Dentist. It's supposed to keep your gums nice and pink.

ah yes i use pure as well for tonsilitis, pharyngitis, gingivitis and more. Difflam is also good medyo mahal lang.

I normally use Listerine Freshburst, and then I recently tried Colgate Plax Coolmint(?). I notice that Listerine attracts ants, while Colgate Plax does not. Is it because Listerine has more 'acid' in it? Hmmmm.....

The normal urine pH ranges from 5-9 SI/conventional units, it depends on a person's diet, fluid intake, and physical fitness. But most often it is slightly acidic to add special precaution to kill off organisms found at the urethra.

It's clean ... so there's no harm in drinking it. Assuming it's coming from a healthy person.

huwag naman drink over na yun, gargle lang...sigurado tangal ang sugar sa mouth ng TS.... although I know some people believes that it can cure their diseases if they drink their pee...
