When I started working, I decided to splurge a little bit by buying Hush Puppies. Super comfy niya sa paa and hindi nakakapagod gamitin.

Can't imagine myself buying Cole Haans..ayoko maging bisyo ang sapatos hehe.

I envy you who's not yet in the whole shoe game.

It started one day (last year) when I'm looking at some sneakers in fb, then I went to some dedicated sneakers site, them followed some sneakerheads on IG, before I knew it I'm hooked (and hell bent) into buying not only Cole Haans, but Air Jordan Retros as well for me and my lil kid.

florsheim good buy kapag malaki discount. sa ATC boutique up to 50% off pag clearance, swertihan na lang sa size kung me matira.

DMS sobrang tibay nung made in England. had one back in HS, more than 10 years ko ginamit. buhay pa hanggang ngayon. kapag mag release sila ulit ng refined series na dress shoe style, narrow toes & thin "bouncing soles", i might buy for daily use, kahit retail price pa.

rockport i don't like the looks of the leather, walang kinang. soft and waterproof, pero parang mag crease agad. tas ung takong di ata pwede palitan. though i think that the use of the adidas adiprene technology for almost all of their shoes is pretty cool.

cole haan i really want. curious ako sa mga models with the air zoom inserts. but i won't buy kahit 70% off pa, mahal parin eh

expensive nga lang yung cedar shoe trees. saan kaya meron mura?

Best value for money shoes trees are the ones from Muji. I can't remember the exact price but it was P900+.

Dr.Kong over at SM Aura or Greenhills (where the new cinemas are) specialises in shoes for people with problems such as yours. They'll do measurements to your feet first before letting you try their shoes.

In my opinion, Sapatero Manila makes the best local shoes. Sapatero operates out of a garage. They can make bespoke shoes for you with a last specific to your foot. It'll take them a month though. They use high quality leathers from tanneries such as Horween. Glenmore is also not bad as a bootmaker. You can find Sapatero in facebook. Glenmore is over at metrowalk. For RTW locally made shoes, you can check Bristol at market market. Their designs are a bit outdated though. Surprisingly, SM is the most fashion forward out of the local brands with their Salvatore Mann and Milanos lines. These are made in China though.

    Wala ba nyan sa Volmax?

Since i wear office shoes until they break after several years, i don't mind spending a little more for a good one. Recently retired my M&S everyday office shoes as the sole crack has gotten pretty big already and got a pair of Cole Haans at the store in Rockwell to replace them. Sale naman so the price was okay.
