Sir Bilog, to me any drink containing even a small percentage of alcohol may impair judgement and / or your physical reflexes if taken in excess. In excess I mean depende sa kapasidad ng katawan mo. Two bottles of beer may not affect a person but may be too much for the other. On the other hand, it depends on what the girl is wearing or whatever pops out after un-wearing. He.he..

how come a former blockmate of mine could solve complicated calculus problems while drunk but not while sober? (and speaks better english too while drunk, while we're at it).

and how come some college friends pass tests only when drunk?

though i did read an email once about alcohol killing the weakest brain cells first...baka may kinalaman yun. :D
