Wala naman nagawa counselling. I need to fix myself. For almost 3 yrs, I hung on to someone who does not want me anymore and treats me like sh1t. When I come back I hope to be a better person.

Just always keep in mind that everyone has his or her own trying stories and experiences; "their own crosses to carry" so to speak. Trauma and trials are part and parcel of life. It's not exclusive to one. It's not exclusive to you. It's not exclusive to a few.

Some people are strong or lucky enough to pick up the pieces and get themselves together soon after, others unfortunately are not. There are people who can help guide you to get back on track but ultimately it's still your own resolve that will decide. I wish you. good luck on that because those experiences not only hold you back from realizing your own potentials, but can also affect your family and those around you if not dealt with.
