Ex ko na sya before mangyari, but we still kept in touch kahit break na kami nuon. Close ako sa family nya, sa account ko pa nga minsan dinadaan nya pera for her family. We planned of getting a house and car together nung kami pa. We share everything nuon.

Agree to disagree then sir. I know of some people who were able to turn their lives around and now live honest, honorable lives. It just takes the right motivation and good support group/ family/ friends behind them.

These were former drug addicts, they stole from and hurt people they love. Proper rehabilitation, caring families and good friends were able to help them. My own brother is one of those people I speak of.

Please don't discount human beings. We are still capable of positive change when given the right opportunities.

nung inimbistigahan yan kaso ng ex mo noon sa sg. ma trace nila yun paper trails san galing, san pumunta, kaninong account yun ni transfer-an and bakit niya nagawa yun. the fact na nakulong na siya it means pinag silbihan na niya yun crime na ginawa niya, at inamin niya ang crime. at kung sa isang company ni embezzle ng ex mo yun pera usually mga company sa sg meron silang mga Fraud insurance, so usually mababawi din ng company yan via corporate insurance claims. yun habulin ka pa since ikaw yun magmukhang accomplice mejo hinde ko sure kung hahabulin ka pa sa SG. kung may hahabol sayo o iblacklist ka it is from the insurance company, or kung walang insurance yun company, yun company ang mag blacklist sayo, pero knowing company here in SG hinde na nila tyagain na habulin pa nila lahat, makulong lang yun mastermind ok na tsaka she already serve his wrongdoing. quits na yun.

Jail Term? as far as i know..... (I may be wrong) hinde ka makukulong pag bumisita ka sa SG, kasi hinde ka naman nakapatay. blacklisted at ma A to A ka pag pumunta ka SG, may chance pero very slim.

Since 2 years lang nakulong ex mo malamang hinde ganun kalaki nahuthot niya....

I doubt the bank will remove you from their blacklist even if your ex clears your name.

My ex-gf used my account to transfer 6M which she stole from her company in Singapore. She got caught, returned the money and went to jail for 2 years. I reported the incident to the bank, upon seeing the history, 6M went in and out from my account (she had full online access on my account). Well, the result, my name is blacklisted in that bank, i will never be able to avail their bank services, apply for a credit card, any loan, nor mere open an account with them. I also have this fear that my name is also tagged in Singapore, who knows if I went to that country, handcuffs might be waiting for me there.

When she fully served her sentence and went home to the Phils, she didn't even care nor showed sympathy to what happened to me. It seems she doesn't understand or realize the effect of what she's done. She doesn't even admit she's done wrong to me. I want to protect myself, baka bandng huli sabihin nya ka connive ko pa sya sa crime. Can you guys advise what to do? Can I claim for damages for, the blacklisting of my account, and my fear in Singapore? How much is the standard cost for damages for something like this? Any input will greatly help. Matagal nakong hindi pinapatulog nitong nangyari.

May mga sincere naman talaga sir na mag advice that's why I appreciate tsikot. You get all sorts of views and opinions dito, but of course lawyer talaga makakatulong.
