there's no hoarding
there's really tight supply
as we all know, LPG is a product of refining crude oil
since global demand for gasoline, diesel etc has dropped, refiners have cut back on refining crude oil

January 23rd, 2009 05:28 PM #5me thinks na hinde na kasi tayo maloko ng mga oil companies about sa prices ng gasolina dahil bagsak talaga ang price sa world market so LPG naman ang iniipit nila.

so refiners produce less finished products
which decreases supply
in time, market demand will overtake the decreased supply of finished products
which would raise the price of finished products
