tama ka niky... bakit jeepney drivers lang ba ang naghihirap? kahit sino naghihirap... they should look for better jobs... nagiging complacent na sila eh, they should get out of their comfort zone...

sana mawala na yan mga lecheng jeep na yan... pero sana rin magkaroon ng effective mass-transpo

all i can say is...nakakatakot makita ang mga double deck buses for this time probably. kung maayos nila ang mga roads sa pinas pwede siguro.

yung double deckers dati, the problem then were: automatic transmission, imported, kaya mahirap maghanap ng parts, and very low ground clearance. So not only is the height a problem, even the unevenness of our roads is a problem for this kind of bus.

For every double decker bus, it has 1 driver and 1 conductor to employ. There's also mechanics. Konti lang ang mawawalan ng trabaho.

It will benefit everyone, not just me. Tingnan mo ngayon sino ang guilty ng smog at soot (black smoke) that shortens pinoy lives? Not cars, not taxi, not FX. Jeeps and low quality buses! Everyday, nililinis ko ang ilong ko kasi ang daming itim galing sa usok ng Jeep. This can't be good for your health. Kaya laging dura ng dura ang mga pinoy. It has to do with the low quality of air in the city.

In an over-crowded city, jeepneys can't handle the job anymore. I mean, is it efficient to have 4 jeepneys back to back running the same route?

Here, you would need seatbelts... definitely.

Too bad about poor road surfaces here. One way to cut down on inefficiency in our bus system would be to mandate lower buses with a more aerodynamic profile... this also helps speed up loading and unloading... and since we rebuild those damn coffins here anyway, it'll be a windfall for local manufacturers. Tama nga... that underside luggage space is useless for most EDSA buses.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
