it's worthwhile experience. kulang 3 days imo. yes, sumaguing caves is a must. just expect some traffic as you navigate through the cave.
the way down is very slippery and some rocks have guano on it. i would say easy to moderate sya.

on the return back up, you will have to do a mini rappel (10 feet or so). best footwear is sandals or barefoot on the not rocky parts.

there's also a traverse but it takes full day to do it and requires you to be submerged. (didn't try this as kulang na sa oras).

I Did the spelunking adventure before. It took us about 4 hours from one end of the cave system to the other. Highly recommended siya even though it can get challenging squeezing up-and-down and in-and-out of tight claustrophobic crevices.

I used mojo sandals but eventually went bare foot because the rocks were so slippery. You won't mind the guano once you're there because that'll be the least of your worries.

If you have waterproof headlamps, be sure to bring them because it's so dark down there you won't be able see your hand even if it's just an inch away from your face. Your guide will skillfully handle a petromax but sometimes the light it produces won't be enough w/ all those curves and corners

when you look into the abyss, the abyss looks into you

Interesting - going up Baguio tonight, yung nakasabay ko was one of the fastest drivers I've seen going up. He was really gunning his 2.8 Innova from Rosario palang. Sabay kami as we left the toll booth in camp 1 then I had a bit of fun going up.

Surprisingly, he was only 3 minutes behind me when I stopped at Camp 7. [emoji106]
