Cafe Leona, Cafe Uno, Kusina Felicitas, Marsha's, the various hotels I've stayed in, etc etc.
Some of them sell frozen longanisa and bagnet. Around 130 per pack of longganisa and 200/half kilo of bagnet.
Actually, it's cheapest/freshest to buy longganisa/bagnet at the Vigan public market. There are also stores along Calle Crisologo that sell them plus other souvenirs.
