BTT: Not happy, but feeling amused that everyone says I am "mana" to my boss. Our VP set up a conference call and then when our VP asked me where my other colleague is, I told him I am working from home today and then I found out that my boss/AVP is also working from home. LOL.

I'm thankful to be working from home today. I'm so happy that I have such kind superiors that they gave me this privilege. I would be so pissed if I had to report in the office in this weather

Airbnb in Tokyo got cancelled because of the new law, so got a full refund plus double the fee in coupons, and an additional 100 dollars which can be used in their Airbnb Experiences. Awesome crisis PR.

Hindi naman ito applicable sa lahat ng Airbnb right yung may legal papers for home sharing? I mean ang dami ko kasi future booking sa Airbnb in Japan. I have not received any emails yet but I’m already aware of the law.

Mahigpit na sa Japan, daming refund. Saka meron ng capped yun pwede nila i-host tapos meron months na lang kung kailan pwede.

Anong site gamit mo bro? Pag long stay kami sa Tokyo i use Air BnB via Homeaway. Pag overnight lang hotel na..

Lalo pang hihigpit yan bro after the olympics, ngaun medyo hindi pa masyado dahil di rin kaya accommodate ng hotels mga visitors during olympics

Nope. As long as registered na sila. Yung sakin kasi malapit na ang trip and di pa sila binibigyan ng registration num ng Japan kaya sila na mismo nag cancel. Transition pa kasi.
