February 26th, 2017 02:08 PM #6941the words "used to" comes to mind...its not sustainable...and working out more than an hour is counterproductive...too much cortisol, exercise is controlled stress...too much stress too long is bad...20-30% lang ang exercise...what you put in your mouth has a bigger impact..

2hrs daily is too much imo. its too depressing. lalo na high impact cardio like jogging its gonna hurt your knees. it wont even make your glute tight 😅
dami ng crossfit for beginners. 20 minutes and your whole body is dead. but after a few sessions you'll get used to the pounding 😉

it's slightly higher than normal range. the upper limit is 110 but mine is 115. that's not good if you are normal but good enough for a diabetic.
also another normal for diabetic is sugar in their urine. thats not normal of you are not diabetic.
my wife also had an annual exam where the doctor said she is pre-diabetic. she did exercise and cut down on sugar and carbs. a year later during the next annual exam she was in the clear.
110 is pre-diabetes. you can still reverse it with exercise and the right diet.
