    Haha yes there's a USD monetary reward, pero not so big (di pa nga 1 month salary). But more than the cash award it's a strong signal that the company recognizes potential and puts you in the shortlist for promotion.

    I really enjoy talking to upper management, iba kasi perspective nila and the pressure!

    Ganyan pangarap ko na katabi sa kama at kakwentuhan. Though my parents never talked about work naman pag gabi (slept in their room until my teens)
