    4 max but 1 quuen size bed lang nandun. Not bad na, going 3 yrs na pinaparent ko, half ng contract price nabayaran. Hindi pa kasama yun pag appreciate ng unit.

    For the first 2 years, di naman na baboy. Hopefully, this new tenant hindi baboy gumamit.

    60k excluding assoc dues for a 40sqm 1BR unit.

    Pa-rent mo nalang, sir. Look for a broker na maraming contact na mainlanders. That area will appreciate pa.

    Nice, I have a unit sa Shore 2 kaso 1BR unit lang yun. Iniisip ko rin iparent out sa mga POGOs. Sabi nila around 30-40k daw rent eh. Not sure though.

    Yes I will rent out my other shore 2 unit and got to sell the other one need to liquidate some assets due to covid-19. Yep im also trying to reach out with some brokers that I know of.

    Was able to get out of the house again and do grocery with my wife, after 2 and a half months of being cooped up in the house. Simple things in life.

    My fat lab is so funny! I went to check on her in the kitchen before I went to sleep, then she darted to my room. She sleeps with me kasi when it's hot, so I was right na sobrang init ngayon

    Verified na yung account ko sa Lalamove as driver. Nakaonline ako ngayon tinitingnan yung mga pumapasok na bookings. Pero wala akong tinatanggap. Check check lang ng bookings.

    Pasig - Boni Reliance = P430
    Pasig - Apartment Rigde Road = P450
    Pasig - Flair Towers = P390

    Easy 1k agad ito, ang lalapit lang.

    Yung car sa lalamove? Hindi ka ba ma penalize if you don't accept?

    Dito kay Lalamove, up to me kung tatanggapin ko yung booking or hindi. Ang bilis lang mawala nung mga available bookings. Dami yata nakatambay dito sa Pasig.
