Beachfront to beachfront though, i prefer the Montemar beachfront (probably because it's natural). The Anvaya beachfront becomes not too nice when it's due for sand replenishment or something. At one time parang sobrang flat na nung sand then suddenly the next trip, parang dumami and fluffy ulit yung buhangin.

Montemar has a nicer beach nga but the amenities are worlds apart from Anvaya. Medyo napaglumaan na talaga.

They're strict with the rash guard too as i has to be a real rash guard and not some sport t-shirt. The life guards are strict with their duties too. It can be annoying at times but when you think of safety and security, it's for the best. Originally Posted by jut703

Agree with Jut on the facilities and how the club tries to police the guests and members. Very nice vibe in anvaya. Cocktails in the pawikan bar and grill watching the sunset are always memorable.
The beach is nice enough and wide enough. Not rocky at all though the sand is brown. But the facilities are first rate. Lots to do or not do. I for one really love their landscaping and the views. I wish i could buy a unit or lot there. But always worth the trip and the expense.
