I am happy with my blood sugar level this morning. I noticed when I eat my usual meals (chocolates or pastries for snacks) it's always at 100-103. I really have to cut down own sweets.

I am very paranoid about having diabetes because my brother had it at 26 considering that he's active, unlike me na sedentary ngayon Tomorrow I will treadmill for 45 mins and see if I get to 80

Nope. I went all the way to Greenhills to buy salad dressing. It's my current addiction. Haha. I went to look for seaweed for chinese lumpia but they ran out of stock na.

Check the ingredients of the salad dressing and nutritional content. Sometimes it could be loaded with fat. :-D

Goolai. They used to deliver (order in advance) packed salads back in early or mid 2000s. When they expanded, it became available in the grocery but they only sell the dressings in GH.

Here's their best seller dressings. I also got a pack of salad for tomorrow. I like their salads better than most restaurant salads.

It's the first time I heard about this,- but would certainly love to try it one of these days,- i.e., if we have the chance to visit GH.....

Get apples for the salad. Easy to cut and gives better energy than coffee. And its a hunger suppressant. Eating leafy veggies are good but doesnt satiate a viscious hunger lol. Hence the basic apple.
