Need a big brake upgrade though.

The long straights in batulao going to Calatagan were perfect for this. Grabe ng hatak. Was convoying with my friend who had the Subaru. He was shocked hehe. 180 kph easy peasy and definitely out pulled him on the straights every ...single...time....

The uphill climbs to tagaytay from calatagan were also eye openers. Since that highway is now wide 4 lanes....overtaking was simple to execute. And the power...iwan talaga lahat ng PPV , suv, FX vans, sedans, turbo crossovers , lahat .

Overtakes are definitely much more decisive now . The adaptive suspension really helps as when you set it to Sport+ it significantly reduces the amount of rebound and bounce. Though it still aint a sports car.

This shower valve solved long time problem with our leaking shower. Nasa valve pala problem, quality ng valve. Yung binili namin before this eh sa all homes binili. Unang kabit pa lang medyo may naiwan pa rin tulo pero konti lang. It lasted for few months then malakas ulit leak sa valve.

I thought its the rubber gasket, so I just kept buying rubber gasket sa shopee since it's way cheaper than a new shower valve. But the replacement rubber gasket would only last few months and would leak again. I think I bought and replaced the rubber gasket 4 times, pero the last one kahit new rubber gasket may leak pa rin.

It's a good thing I bought this new shower valve sa true value and not at all homes. This new one felt has more tighter fit than the one from all homes. I guess quality din talaga and you just can't buy any brands. img_20230402_183803.jpg

Sa amin kasi halos isang timba in a half day. Masakit sa mata pag pumapasok ng CR. I was suggesting to my wife baka yung nasa loob na kailangan palitan, meaning magba bakbak na ng tiles at semento para mawala yung tulo, a lot of work and money para sa 4 na timba daily.

if the worker that installed that gripo practiced foresight...
many of these shower gripos are installed with a metal collar at their base.
removing that metal collar, shows that the valve "gasket" may be replaced using a regular plumbing tool, without having to chisel away the concrete and the tiles.
ours can be removed by rotating the collar counterclockwise.

    re. replacement valve gasket assemblies.
there are several types, and several levels of quality.
get the correct model and quality build.
usually, i get the same brand as the installed gripo, for sureness of fit and quality.
bringing along a picture with ruler beside it, to show the sales person, helps.

googling, i.e., youtube, also helps uplift confidence.

warning! unless you have a gate valve specifically for your bathroom, be prepared to have a completely water-less house, as you go about the repair.

if your gasket is the simple rubber washer type, the repair is even easier.

    good luck.

Salamat Lazada! Previously, I wanted to put tees so I can make separate connections for hose and sink spray, then this appeared on my feed. Great!img_20230403_075056.jpg
