August 6th, 2021 12:32 PM #13124That's my deciding factor this year eh. Sabi ko sa sarili ko, kung this year wala pa rin, time to look for something better na.
There had been several changes in the upper management pati CEO kaya yung mga performance appraisals eh naapektuhan din daw.
I did not get anything po within the 7 years.minalas lang talaga.
Cheers! 5% is better than nothing!

Yun ang mahirap eh. Some companies find it hard to hand out 5% to 10% increases. Then employees resign looking to get better.
Once you start looking for a replacement for the resource who left, you’re looking at candidates with asking rates more than giving the employee a 10% increase. Sometimes, with a strict budget, you end up hiring a less capable replacement since the market rate for resources has grown.

August 6th, 2021 07:55 PM #13130I conditioned myself not to expect any raise due to the pandemic.
I was pleasantly surprised that they gave me a good increase as they said my work contributed to the company retaining their biggest client.

In that case, I think NCAP is something that they have privatized.
SC (temporarily) stops NCAP
