Bro, tama ba na 13th month pay is sahod for week 49 to 52 (one month)?

Kung ang sahod ay monthly (15/30), required ng 13th month pay?

Pero kung ang sahod ay weekly, tapos 52 weeks nakatanggap ng sahod, hindi na kailangan ng 13th month pay?

Bro, you should still receive the 13th month pay notwithstanding the mode of wage payment. You can also find the calculation here.

All rank-and-file employees who have worked for at least one (1) month during the calendar year, are entitled to receive 13th month pay regardless of the nature of their employment and irrespective of the methods by which their wages are paid.

Totoo po ba na may mga company na walang 13th month pay/sinasama or divided na sa monthly salary for the year? May law ba na kailangan 13th month buo ibigay?
