    Finally. After 2 years of trying to buy his property.....we closed the deal and the title is with me. Ang dami niyang kwento. But more than that, idol ko talaga siya. Entertainment royalty.

    He said to me, he doesnt buy fancy cars or watches or clothes. Everytime he gets an endorsement deal, he will invest it asap in real estate. Kahit kulang yung pera, he will take out a loan as long as he gets to park it in real estate. Galing talaga. His portfolio is amazing. And his knowledge of the real estate business is 2nd to none. The mere fact that he made 600% profit on this sale....idol.
