    Yes paid off loan today! For about a year i was dreading this impending lumpsum balloon payment. That sh*t is scary hahah.

    Hopefully can post pics of turnover tomorrow.

    The irony is...OB is correct about utang. On to the next one! Will study new opportunities. Habang may kaya pa...invest pa. And the banks are the best to help you leverage future income.

    Tips on turnover. Be merciless. There will be lots of items that will need fixing. Your punch list will be long. Dont give in. Have them fix any defects and deficiencies asap. Take no prisoner as they will get away with murder if they can.

    Sorry to hear that bro. The developers use sub contractors and these guys use sub sub contractors themselves. The finishing usually is shoddy. Lots of broken tiles, banged up base boards, misaligned cabinets and drawers, toilets that are not properly fixed to the floor....and the worst nightmare: leaks.

    Dont sign anything Jut until youre 100% satisfied or else all fixes in the future will be on your account.
