after 3 days of drastically changing lifestyle because of diabetes and high blood, I'm finally getting some good result. by BP from 150/100 is now down to 130/90, which is still high. My sugar from as high as 400, I was able to get it down to 128, which is still high too, but improvements none the less.
what I did, stopped eating carbo /sugar and lessen sodium. so basically everything taste like paper. also at least 30 minutes stationary bike a day. I miss a lot of food, pasta, pizza, mocha Frap, etc. I hope I find the will and the strength to continue this lifestyle.
