    check if idadaan pa sa bangko or straight cash nila, maintenance sagot ba nila.

    paano pag umalis ka paano ang bayaran? Ang pinaka importante.

    straight cash nila babayaran, honda cars makati inc, ayala owned din kasi. yung sa maintenance i have to check, at kung paano nga pag umalis ako salamat sir clavs

    bale sir qwerty ang mangyayari is ung 50% is babayaran ng company un na ung mgiging DP, pwede naman raw gawing 3yrs nlng, depende na raw sakin, lakas makademonyo ng offer. pinag iisipan ko pa wala pa rin ako idea kung magkano honda city ngayon,

    Lagi mong iisipin opportunity knocks lagi... kaya alamin mo kung 5yrs ang contract ano ang magiging bayaran pag alis mo.

    Sa amin is 70-30. 70% ang sagot nang company at straight cash din plus sagot nila ang maintenance and other car trouble na hindi lalagpas nang 70k.

    Kung aalis kami book value ang babayaran namin. Yun ang mabigat kung mga 4yrs na lang ang bayaran dahil waived yung 70% nang company.

    Parang mataas yung 50-50 split hehehe. Dapat ang max na share ng empleysdo ay 30% sa dsting company ko nga 90-10 split kaya lahat kuha ng auto.

    yun nga sir sarsi eh, 3yrs plang rin kasi ako sa company, isang promotion pa at mkukuha ko ung 30% na un, at isa pang promotion free na ung car.

    kaya pinag iisipan ko, natataasan pa ako sa 50-50 split.

    Here in the company I work for, the employee pays for the downpayment or for the outright purchase of the vehicle.

    Then, the company gives you a monthly allowance to cover the insurance and PMS of the unit, for 5 years, depending on the scheme or plan.

    If you leave the company,- then it just stops.

    So, there is a hold somewhere until you reach a certain inflection point in your payment vs. the monthly allowance given to you with reference to you car-plan. But of course, you can leave whenever you want and just shoulder the "limited damage"

    malamang kasi sila mag arrange sa bank if downpayment for installment or bilhin nila nang cash at kung magresign tigil ang allowance kasama ang monthly amortization.
