Wifey and myself passed by the Adoration Chapel yesterday and chanced on an old woman praying intensely... We sensed that she was in need of financial assistance and so we shared with her a good amount of money. She suddenly became emotional and was thanking us and above all, God for her answered prayers... We are just instruments...

Bro, saan chapel yan and kelan ka dadaan ulit? Hehe... .

As said before, it's better to be the one giving then the one always having to ask...

I have this joke with one of my former officemates who would always request anyone for a treat but would not do it when it is his turn.... I would tell them that it would be a wise "investment"to treat him because he will not return the favor and so their rewards would be from heaven....

Just before Christmas, when wifey and myself were buying stuffs for our garden, we chanced on a young man and a woman, who was a caretaker in one of the garden stores here in BF... Both were from the south and are trying their luck in the Metro.. The young man was staying in Makati and was visiting the young woman and it was obvious that what they share is beyond regular friendship.... We had a nice chat that afternoon....

Before we left, we gave them some money for their date later that night...

Later on both texted me relaying their thanks for their dinner date....

BPI waived the AF for the Petron MC I requested. I was really set on having it cancelled. I tried to request for them to waive it twice na kasi. Topak ata mga CSRs sa pagdecide kung waive o hindi.

Happy for my treat to my childhood friends last night even if we knocked off at 2 am sa dami at haba ng kuwento...

Some of them are still tambay sa kanto but definitely have good hearts at hindi ka iiwanan sa ere, no matter what....

I am blessed to have them as my dear friends even though some are not as lucky either by choice or financial situation....

One of them even asked permission to bring home an unopened 1.5L of coca cola....

True, while i was in traffic this morning, i was thinking that I am indeed thankful that we still have our jobs.

I have a jumper cable test as well... and it will be supervised by LSB. Also, if the subject connects the negative terminal of the jumper cable directly to the battery of the disabled vehicle, and not to the chassis, he will automatically receive a failing grade for the said test.
