Went to Paranaque to get my wheel aligned. Traffic going to evacom was terrible. Sa pakanan pa lang after the newly-paved road nakahinto na. Andaming truck kasi na palabas papuntang Sucat.

Avoid that route for today.

Replacement transmission of the Mazda is busted. Now back to zero, need to find another replacement transmission. I seem to have bought a headache.

Buti nalang sinasagot nung seller yung cost ng repairs, but sayang yung downtime.

Ako naman I hate electric fans so I always let other people have it. But as much as possible I avoid touching or making adjustments with things outside my home. If there is a fan in the area, lumilipat na lang ako.

bro, glad to hear you're okies. naka- loan ba sa bank? meron tinatawag na assume balance. si officemate ang pay ng monthly dues sa bank. the bank will only release the OR etc... once the full payment made. nasa sayo din how much ang downpayment ni officemate. your transaction is a matter trust lang. dali Buy ka na MZ3 2.0.
