I also suffer from hyperacidity when overworked. I drink ginger ale and that normally relieves me.

I used to have hyperacidity as well. For slme reason nawala siya after ng honeymoon namin. Ewan kung bakit. Baka siguro dahil less stress na ngayon or na reset yung system ko after a long no stress vacation. Hehe

My T-mac 4 (adidas) that I only wore once was stored in a box for years. The pair was covered in airtight plastics individually. 10 years later and only to find out that it was rotten and full of termites. Oh well, there goes my collection. Didn't know termites like rubber too.

I guess I have not yet mastered the art of pagpa panggap My friends feel for me because our bosses have too much expectation from us. Do we have to be like robots? Can we have days when we can just slack off. There are days that we are drowning in work with little or no time to eat. Apparently they expect us to be like that ALL THE TIME.

Only once did I encounter a staff who told me that he's done with what he was doing and asked me what other things he could do...

^That is characteristic of fresh grads. I was like that before but I was adviced by my colleagues not to do that. Most pinoy bosses tatambakan hanggang di mo na kaya and I learned that the hard way.

I still do that with my German boss because he gives reasonable expectations and deadline. That is why I love working for him and I have the initiative to ask him what else I can do for him.
