    Ganyan talaga dahil alam nila hawak nila sa leeg ang customers nila, if not, bakit di pa kayo lumipat? [emoji16]

    Mukhang maganda sa Security Bank, ilang branches na napuntahan ko, palaging walang tao, I don't know how they do it, dahil they are one of the top banks naman.

    You mentioned Security Bank, they pirated some of our top management, 2 of which were my former direct managers kaya wala na mag endorse sakin sa Manila should I decide to go back to my old job [emoji24] Pero napapaisip tuloy ako if I should open an account there.

    IIRC Security Bank had that "hacking" incident last year. Whatever happened to that? Isolated phishing incident lang kaya?

    Call Waltermart and complain about the delivery rider. Meron talagang ganyan, masyadong nagmamadali akala mo hinahabol ng demonyo. Gusto siguro makarami ng byahe. Pero they should know who the customer is. Babait yan bigla magso-sorry pa sa iyo.

    most if not all so-called "hacks" are customers giving their OTP to "hackers"

    syempre ung customer sasabihin na-hack siya

    wala naman aamin agad may ginawa mali

    parang mga SUA walang umaamin accelerator ang inapakan imbes na preno

    May tao ako na medyo nahihinaan ako. Bago pa lang sya, November last year lang nag start. He is learning 3 tasks from 3 different people. Hindi naman mabigat ang mga task. I'm not sure if these 3 tasks are too much for him. Negative effect ng WFH? Dahil hindi sama sama sa isang lugar ang buong team?

    It seems nahihirapan sya matuto dun sa 3 tasks na tinuturo sa kanya.

    Isa ako sa mga dinaanan nya sa application Interview. This may seem look bad for me. Although he was a 2nd choice. The 1st choice backed out. Nung una nyang Interview hindi sya naka attend because he thought 9am interview was a 9pm interview, that should have sa red flag for me.

    I don't know if I should report it to my superiors or give him more time to adapt. Should I talk to him 1st or maybe lessen his load.

    What pisses me off more is I am very considerate to these riders, I make sure that I NEVER make them wait kaya we have a place in our gate where they just drop off deliveries. If it's too large, we leave the small gate open so they could come in and leave the delivery at the table inside. I know that time lost is money lost kasi.

    If there's one thing I don't like, yun yung "napupulaan" ako, I know it's deep tagalog, but closest would be criticized or be thought of in a negative manner. Growing up, I saw by example that this is what my parents avoid talaga. Kaya I was shocked that this rider was so mad at me not being able to answer my phone for FOUR MINUTES. It's really his stupidity that he could not find my address.

    I was not able to call Waltermart na, baka mamaya balikan pa ko nyan (gumanti) The guy has deep anger issues to get so mad over that. Siguro wife beater yan. LOL. I am not exaggerating at all, he acted as if ang laki ng kasalanan ko sa kanya. Maybe I caught him in a bad day but if he has that attitude talaga, walang tatagal na work sa kanya. Baka isang araw mag road rage pa yan at makatagpo ng katapat

    I'd cut him some slack. Maybe his learning style is different lang talaga. I myself have difficulty with remote KTs. Kaya when my boss is at HQ and he has to teach me something, I always complain that we should be doing this face to face.

    I do understand your concern, I've seen it multiple times when we have a non/under performing or problem staff, the hiring manager somewhat gets blamed for it. Some staff do come around, or maybe he is more fit in other tasks?
