You can try melatonin (sleepasil) tapos madilim dapat ang room, yan ang sabi ng niece ko na doctor, it's not a drug but parang vitamins lng.

If that doesn't work, half a bottle of your favorite whisky might work hehehe (joke!)

I drink melatonin daily, 2 sublingual pero wala ng effect. Now I am back to antihistamines

I'm not going out anymore. I did some reading and it says that if I went out, chances are my car already has corona virus because it sticks to the seats, steering wheel, shift knobs etc. I thought it can be killed by sun in 3 hrs. It's 1 am and I don't wanna be out on the street disinfecting my car, and then I have to take a bath again e hindi pa nga tuyo buhok ko from my last bath

Naasar ako sa German boss ko, ang hirap kasi mag excel sa laptop, wala pa ko dual monitor. I normally don't mind his questions but I am very stressed out. I show up in the office once or twice a week but I need to be there at least once

Nakakainis Mom ko, hindi man lang nagpa panic! ako lang worried sa food, meds etc. SHe does not see the gravity of the situation. The government will take care daw. WTF. Ano aasahan niya sa gobyerno!??!

Metro Mart cancelled my order at wala ng any type of meat at s&r and they need card payment! So I ordered again ng card and my Mom didn't give me money because I am paranoid. SO I guess I am paying for this?

Still no directive on vet clinics and pet stores?!? Someone raised this issue already on March 17! I find it hard to believe that none of these people in government have pets. Bakit di nila naisip yan?!?! Pets are family to some of us and they also need medical services and food. This is so unbelievable

Hindi ko magamit yung supposedly unlidata ko for working at home. I borrow my mom's cp tuloy eh iniiwasan ko nga yun, social distancing din kami sa bahay.

I called smart customer service kagabi, napaiyak ko yung agent.

Pero syempre hindi pa din nila na resolve. So the company is looking for a wifi device at ipapadeliver sa bahay. Loloadan na lang at irereimburse. Kami na lang ang nag adjust para sa Smart.

I have a hard time sleeping at night for 2 days na.
Wrong timing na leaking pa split type na aircon ko and there's no way my suki technician can service it since he lives in cavite.
Tiis muna for more than 2 weeks na walang aircon.

I have a friend that do servicing but nag iingat ako magpa pasok ng tao dito sa bahay due to covid scare.
