    kasi,
one of the most popular diseases seen by nephros, is diabetic nephropathy.
it takes many years for the diabetis to cause significant kidney injury.
thus, it is a disease seen among the older age group.

    sinabi mo!
katas yan ng nangyari nung dati, na may mga nagpapanggap na hindi sila yung sila naman pala, at sila yung hindi naman pala sila...
ever since that time, naghigpit na mga bangko, silya at pati mesa.
    heh heh.

i recently had a cheque rejected, because the typing was not aligned enough with the cheque's template.

i asked the teller why they were so meticulous.
kasi raw, aside from the established rules,
"pag nag complain yung issuing bank on why we entertained the transaction, na merong kamalian na nakita, malamang ay ma-penalized kami."

That is why Negotiable Instruments law has become outdated. Sobrang higpit ng banks at BSP, wala na din saysay ang endorsements etc. Might as well scrap the century old law nga hehe.

I just found out that the one of our untitled properties for sale e the tax dec was named directly to myself and my brother. My paternal Lola and the rest of the family assumed my Mom was included, so now she has ZERO shares and the evil ex of my brother will have 50 percent of the proceeds!!! (we didn't even know my brother was married to the the evil witch) Kaya marriage is something you think about 100x over because it affects the whole family

I feel so bad for my Mom. I told her I will give her half of my share (though technically she should have had 66.67% so now she gets 25%). It's a good thing the value is not significant, so I have no issue signing an SPA and won't inform my lawyer anymore, plus the untitled properties are not included in our EA anyway.

    highs.
don't be too harsh on others, madam, even if they appear to deserve it.
be magnanimous to others, and you will be rewarded with magnanimity. "hindi magpapatalo ang Maykapal sa pagkagalante."
i have experienced it many times.

I don't think the evil ex who was with my brother for less than a year deserves it more than my mother who has been with my Dad all her life. She is evil and I am not being bias. The AUDACITY of her to question why my mother gets more shares than her on other properties. I'm a (surname) BY BLOOD and I never questioned why my Mom gets more. Siya sabit lang, napakasalan lang. Gold digger talaga, that's how everyone saw her and she proved everyone right. Take note that the annulment wasn't filed only because my brother passed suddenly. My brother had a new GF already.

well, you can wait for them to dry and see if they are truly useless...
or... take it as a sign to... shop!
    heh heh.

    personally,
i do not see the logic in creating non-washable footwear...
