Sa Globe kahapon, napansin ko bumagal yung internet speed.. Nag-report ako sa FB Messenger, after 2 hours dumating na yung Technician at na-resolve na yung issue (nauna pa sa notification, nakaalis na nung dumating yung text message)..
Ito na ata ang pinaka mabilis na action ng technician. Siguro nasa area sila, kaya napuntahan ako agad.. [emoji3590][emoji41]
Depende talaga sa area yung quality ng customer service.. Maraming PLDT subscribers dito sa subdivision nagsilipat sa Globe dahil hindi pa din napupuntahan ng technician para maayos yung internet issue..![]()
This is what Iike about globe, they have scheduling, may notification din kung darating yung tech, minsan yung customer service na tumawag sa min para sabihin na may darating na tech kinabukasan. At least you can plan day, hindi yung di mo alam kung ano araw darating so dapat lagi may tao sa bahay.
Ayoko naman eh madalas mag hang ang wifi nila. Kailangan ko restart ang router pag di na ko maka connect.

Namamahalan ako sa internet plans ng Globe.. Pero dahil sa customer service kaya nasa Globe pa din ako..
Hindi ko na masabi kung merong hang issue din ang wifi ko sa Globe. Meron kasi ako binili na auto restart ng router para daily mag-restart outside sa working hours ko.. Not an expert pero nabasa ko na nakakatulong yung wifi router reboot para ma-fix yung mga common connectivity issues..
Nag-apply na ako sa PLDT pero after 3-4 months lang nila ako tinawagan para ma-validate yung application ko.. Kaya sumagi sa isip ko na kung sa new customer nga hindi nila maasikaso ang installation, paano pa kaya kung existing customer na nakatali sa contract na kapag nagka-issue least priority nila ayusin kasi magbabayad pa din ang customer dahil sa kontrata..
Salamat na lang na meron pa din internet service provider na maayos ang customer service sa area ko.. Sa ibang lugar, malas, kahit alin piliin nila sablay lahat sa customer service..
Dito sa area namen, I personally complained about their inet cable passing thru a portion in my property at their sattelite ofc, they scheduled upfront and fixed it few days later. Baka sinuerte lang ako.

It was an assumption, but I think the probability is high, not only with PLDT. As services are now mostly outsourced, offices are now limited to administrative functions. Again another assumption on my part [emoji16]
Initially they offered P500 refund but good thing my friend told me that Grab does full refund, mag explain lang daw ako. I said in my email na I am very upset and how would they feel if the birthday cake of their 12 yr old child was ruined, I think it's only fair that I get a full refund. I was surprised na after a few hours I got a notification na refund full amount. Kudos to Grab! That's US level of customer service.
