Haha! & what do I do if I catch it? I don’t like tying them up & I have tried whispering to them. No luck. But the boxes seem to work.

My dogs have the whole front yard, driveway & backyard. They love chasing after dogs & cats at the gate. Unspent energy is just part of it. They can also chew a lot of things around like slippers, laundry brushes, ropes, the trash, my socks, the laundry....mischievous lang talaga.

what breed? I am lucky pala fat lab grew out of it agad, my other dogs hindi naman destructive. My bicol lab ang record holder ngayon sa destruction. I leave my fat lab sa room ko, wala naman siya ginagalaw except for my slippers and sometimes she steps on my bed, which she knows is bawal. Although "child proof" na bahay namin. haha

The best daw sawayin ang pet when in the act, usually a loud noise or sigaw, but do not harm, punishing them daw after has no effect kasi they don't know why they are being punished.

Saw somewhere that a can with some screws and coins is good way to a distract the dog. Pag ginagawa yung ayaw mo just throw the can beside the dog to create a loud noise.

Ang challenge lang is to catch the dog in the act. Lalo na pag free roaming yung aso sa loob ng bahay.

Cocker Spaniel mix. They are cute because they have their own character that makes them endearing to us.

First time it happened, kakadeliver pa lang nung SUV nung 2018. 3x ko na napapaayos. Plastic part na chewable kasi. Last time sinira, ako na lang nagrepair with epoxy, formed with a dremel tapos paint.

yep. agree w/ bro shadow. that's part of the responsibilities of dog ownership talaga. most especially in your case because you're dealing w/ a labrador retriever w/c is a bundle of high energy to begin with. they've got to channel and burn off that powerful drive to be active into something else - hence, the chewing of stuff and the incessant barking.

Hinde porke hinde nakakulong ok na yun dahil nakakagala naman sa garden, kulang yun most of the time tulog pa rin mga yan kahit hinde nakakulong.

Kailangan talaga ng activities with the owner. Walking then is the easiest and simplest activity.

Legit but the lump sum promised by sites acquisition agent is not or may depend on the contract, most of the times its just a monthly lease. No harm trying as these agents are just prospecting sites, if it qualified after soil testing etc., then an offer and contract will follow.

I went to Bulacan for work today. Used the Skyway all the way to NLEX, just took me 25 min to drive from Sucat & total 1.5 hour to reach my destination.
Badtrip 1: parked in the shade under a tree. When I got back to the car, my car had a lot of bird poop & tree sap. Tree sap is corrosive.
Badtrip 2: I missed the on ramp on NLEX to the skyway. Went straight on A Bonifacio hoping there is another, wala. Turned back, deciding to take EDSA na lang, traffic. Turned back to NLEX to get on the ramp to the Skyway, exited Mindanao Ave, traffic rin & managed to crawl back to NLEX Southbound then to the on ramp finally. Took me an hour to get around.

Legit yan, had a friend who's property was eyed by Dito as well. Pinabago ko contract, nung tumanggi DITO, tumanggi na din Tatay ng friend ko.

Hindi kasi malinaw sa contract kung kelan start ng rent, sabi ko kasi dpat once may any form of construction start na. Kasi hindi mo na magagait property mo eh. Prospecting and soil testing okay lang na wala pa. Sobra dugas ng Dito sa contract nila. Also sa tagal nga ng lease, sabi ko dapat mga 3-5 years lang tapos may clause for increase of rent because of inflation. Lugi sa 20yrs tapos fixed na rent.
