Yung all around namin, siya talaga nasusunod, sinabi ko na nga na ayoko mataas semento, kung ano ano justification, tapos pag nag hire ako ng iba kasi hindi ako agree sa gusto niya magtatampo. Ang gusto kasi ng "leader" nila fixed yung right door ng gate, I insisted that both should be opened and he was firm na fixed yung kabila, I told him pinaparada motor diyan eskenita kaya hindi pwedeng isa lang at masikip, so he gave in, pinabalik niya tao niya ng kailangan para both can be opened.

I treat them as family, dyan kami magka salungat ng Mommy ko. I guess nakuha ko yung ugali na yun sa side ng Dad ko kasi yung driver ng paternal great grandmother ko was with her until death at driver ng paternal lolo ko then our old labandera. Kahit palamura lolo ko tumatagal naman mga tauhan niya. Until now we still laugh about my Lolo and his driver kasi parang sitcom mga story nila LOL

Ako swerte with this guy who made my alulod years ago. Advised me to put thick guage stainless steel instead. & the price he gave was far lower than the others. Quality work pa. He does other jobs for me aside from the metal work. Madali kausap, pleasant personality at laging makangiti.

Ako swerte with this guy who made my alulod years ago. Advised me to put thick guage stainless steel instead. & the price he gave was far lower than the others. Quality work pa. He does other jobs for me aside from the metal work. Madali kausap, pleasant personality at laging makangiti.

I wonder what gave you that impression. If I'm a btch at the office, why would my bosses refuse to let me go. The other day nga yung VP pa namin nag initiate kamustahin ako (boss namin ni German AVP) e halos 6 mos na ko hindi work



Even the teams I worked with, I mentioned here may mga nagsabi sakin na pag hindi na ako sa position, papalipat na sila. Maluwag ako sa deadlines and at times inaako ko pa work nila para matapos na. Kinukuha nga ako ng heads ng ibang dept (plural yan ha lol) e by nature magkaaway ang functions ng dept namin (sort of like finance and marketing)

Admittedly, those who don't know me ang feedback suplada ako, ewan ko bakit sa yearly evaluation e hindi nawawala yan [emoji23] Not my fault that I have RBF at hindi ko ugali bumati ng tao, that's just how I am.

Alam ko nga skilled dapat basta roofing. Ewan ko ano problema ng landscaper na yun, napaka suplado. Napahiya ako when he told me sya na mag estimate ng hindi ako "tawag ng tawag kay owners name" Once lang naman ako tumawag to say na I changed my mind re pavers kasi wala sa budget ko. Usually mga workers very nice and respectful, eto maangas e.
