Hindi daw BPI ang may problema, Meralco daw. So I installed the app at may P43 service fee nga at pumasok payment ko! Hinaharang ata nila BPI para mapilitan magbayad sa app nila na may P43, ang mahal ng fee!
i have this suspicion,
that online transactions tend to bog down and get clogged,
if there are too many costumers using them at the same time.
i wonder,
would they be more usable at 2-3 am?
Maybe Meralco is pulling their transactions/bills payment from banks para mapilitan ang mga customers na magbayad ng convenience fee? Month end ako nagbabayad eh at nakapag bayad ako last month end through BPI app, maybe I'll know this month end .
Ayoko ng Meralco app magbayad, I don't like putting my bank details online, usually sa PayPal ko dinadaan. Then PayPal will bill it to my bank. I use PayPal as my shield para pag na hack ang system the thief wouldn't be able to get my bank details.

This is what I think kasi sa BPI ayaw talaga mag push through, parating transaction failed, I googled and a lot of users have the same complaint. Nung nag registed ako sa app, one try lang pasok agad :P Yun nga lang may fee. I asked my friend who works in BPI, pati daw sa Gcash may issue, Meralco talaga ang problem

Ive been paying using GCash without problems, BPI mobile ba o expressonline ang hindi mkapasok?
This time no paper billing = no payment. I once paid online paperless hindi na credit at nag overdue plus the hassle going to MEC bayad center. Sablay ang MEC online, nka ilang register ako pabago-bago ng system then the reference number is complicated-may SIN, may Acc#, may ATM ref# may MeC ref#. So ngayon since wla ako natanggap paper billing, hindi ko din bbayaran muna.

pwede ba wag na nila pakialaman at gawin installment or average or whaever. charge nalang nila ako kung magkano talaga bill ko, bayaran ko isang bagsak para tapos na.

Hinde hula, 3 month Average (Dec, Jan and Feb) for part of March and then for April.
Saka naman tumaas talaga ang consumption during the lockdown.
Yun installment yata naman choice ng consumers. I-breakdown na daw nila meron installment for the two months plus current bill and over all bill.
So king gusto bayaran ng buo then pay the whole mapunta kung gusto take advantage yun installment then yun isang amount and bayaran.

Ang nakakatawa lang dami nagreklamo na tumaas bill nila eh sigurado naman na tumaas gamit talaga nila.

Sadly di ok sa amin yung 3-month average kasi pina demolish namin yung bahay last March. Paano magkaka usage kung wala ng bahay nakatayo?

Dapat kasi ibalik yung reading ng metro sa resibo. kung paano nila na compute yung kunsomo, marunong naman bumasa ng metro karamihan, pwede mo ma check kung tama ba yung reading. Ang nakalagay lang kasi consumed kwh, ano basis nun? Mga Lopez parin ba may ari ng Meralco? Dapat isama yan sa tanggalan ng franchise.
