I wish there was a standardized way for the patient to prep for a colonoscopy. When I did it the first time a few years ago, I mixed all the content of the bottle (polyethylene glycol powder) with water and drank the whole thing the day prior and another on the morning of the procedure. That was it.

Today was the day prior to the procedure. Now it says to mix a certain amount with 4 to 8 oz of water and drink. Repeat until the bottle is empty. Ah, phooey. I like the old instructions better.

I also probably shouldn't have had teriyaki chicken with noodles and rice for breakfast. I should have been on a light or liquid diet. I hope it isn't too messy inside me. We'll see tomorrow.

Natawa na nga lang ako nung tinawag ako ng guard, sabi ko ang liit kasi nung kotse ko. Baka di kita. Pero nung tinignan ko kita naman yung likod.
