it happened to us last week.
we made a phone call to our bank to complain.
they requested us to come.
when we came the next day, the reversal had already been gone. they did it within a few hours after our call.
customer care still exists.
car battery is around 3.5 years old...

I've been loyal to the motolite gold for since I was introduced to driving cars, I had at least 8 motolite golds on my personal vehicles, all of them lasted just a tad longer than it's warranted life, even then I still stuck to it. I even read posts here stating the same life for motolite. But this latest batt I got lasted only for 17 months. Time to try other brands.
Anyway, just an addendum, it was a really bad trip experience because my wife got angry at me for failing to detect the initial signs of failure. No matter how I explained that this was the first time I did not encounter the usual signs of hard starting. On hindsight, I think the symptoms were the CEL saying battery not charging and the "sizzling" noise that came with the 1st morning start, on all ocassions, it was still 1-click starting. There is also this feeling of safety that all battery failures I encountered was during the morning start. But in this case, it failed in the afternoon, right after taking off from ATC, engine won't start at Petron Alabang after gas up.![]()
My Motolite loyalty expired years back w/ multiple failures ranging from a few days to weeks post-warranty.
Ramcar has gotten more & more precise in programming their batts' life expectancy. Amazing!!! [emoji13]
