i worked 8 days over last december and not going home on dec 20 to be home on xmas just to finish the job, then cutting my vacation short by 2 weeks to be on time for another project when i came back. now they only paid 2 days of that 16 days (8×2 bec i did not take the vacation days). kaliwali (never mind) na daw ang remaining 14 days. dapat bayad yun ng overtime rate na 16 hours ot per day. i've been asking for it to be paid for the last 2 months but now payroll just said "we will not pay it, period." in short i worked 14 days and sacrificed xmas for free.

Iba rin talaga sakripisyo ng mga offshore. Good thing you have the grit for it.

2014 spin, i believe it should have been towed by now. But if the car has comprehensive insurance most likely the towing service is inclusive. Though its for Metro Manila only. They can tow on provinces but they will refer you to their partners towing companies.

i can't yet. i lost everything to ondoy so i had to start over again. old ondoy flooded house sold for less than 40% and the new house has 4 years mortgage still remaining.

the good thing about offshore work is i probably spend more time with my kids than most 8-to-5 guys who come home tired every day.

Lahat yan pinupuntahan ko rin before. Sama mo na San Juan Batangas. 2 or 3 lang yata ang resort meron doon tapos putol yun kalsada last stretch papasok ng San juan eh rough road.

maliit lang. real estate prices more than doubled right after ondoy. i was still paying for the old house when it happened so i had to finish the.mortgage even though we abandoned the house already. kaya nga 2012 na ako nakabili ulit. dapat sana halos lahat ng kita ko puro savings na after 2011 when i finished the mortgage.

May positives din naman ang old dad, its the younger wife/wives...seriously, may kumapare ako in his 60s, still has little ones, he has 17 children btw..
