either the rubber gasket around the drain chrome is perished, or your elbow is leaking.
either way, it's an easy, albeit wet, DIY.

the replacement parts are easily available in ace or handyman.

quite a different problem way back when...

and oh yes, as shadow says, vulcaseal makes for an easy, but sometimes un-sightly, solution.

standard size po. unless yours came from timbuktu, you should have a hard time getting the incorrect size.

Not necessarily. Laging whole set. Yan mga gasket baka wala kang makuha unless youll buy the whole faucet set.

Pag branded like delta, moen etc baka meron ma Order. Pag hinde wala.

trying not to be such a scrooge these days, but Heaven forbid had you struck the kid, the parents would most likely think "jackpot!"

i'm reminded of a conversation i had with bro...Anderson Cooper was interviewing a dad who lost his entire family, kids and all. The dad was nonchalant, unemotional, parang tanggap nya ang pagkawala ng pamilya. Cooper was commenting on how strong and resilient the guy was.

    He might've misread the situation.

Replace mo yun mga felixble supply water line every 2 years sira or hinde. Yan unang nasisira. I learn the Hard way. Laging nasisira pag early morning or pag our of the country kami. Probably because walang gumagamit pag walang tao kaya Constant pressure sumasanib yun supply lines.

Then every Xmas call an electrician or do it yourself check all your electrical outlets, I also replaced ours every 4-5 years. Dahil maraming isaksak diyan for all the Xmas lights.

Bakit ka badtrip today?
