I could not activate my replacement Citibank Credit Card using the text message as per their instruction.

Was able to activate it only using the mobile app just now.

However, I could not leave an imprint of my signature on the card after trying many ballpoint pens... Sign pens, the imprint can be wiped away even if I left it to dry for some time...

Oh well, anyone here who was successful in doing this... ?

I am planning to sign using a pentel pen but I need to"sharpen" it as it is too thick...

i use a "pilot" brand permanent ink pentel pen. yung may dalawang tips on either end, fine and very fine. from NBS.
pretty handy to have, to mark certain items that a ballpen can't write on.

I have the same pen. Very convenient--precision of a fine felt tip pen with the "kapit" of a permanent marker.
