Some companies are of the philosophy that "it works both ways",- and so the evaluation scheme has to be there to document things for common reference.

MMDA. They re-implemented the zipper lane for EDSA SB from Megamall to Guadalupe and succeeded in clogging both EDSA NB and SB traffic. There are not enough facepalms in the world to describe the failure of this agency to manage traffic nowadays. Even stoplight timing in a lot of places are really off.

About to post this too bro, naunahan mo ako. Ewan ko ba, does the zipper help the southbound lane? it only creates more volume dun sa guadalupe since lahat magsisiksikan na dun and yes pati northbound hinassle ng zipper ni Epifanio. Mula buendia hanggang boni gapang ako kanina

What can you expect when lawyer con politician run a technical agency, CHAOS ! Kung ang Supreme Court nag request pa ng mga technical expert just to judge fairly the Torre de manila, yang MMDA pinatatakbo ng nagmamarunong. Kung sa lugar nya Tagaytay, notorious ang traffic, how much more MM.

Wifey was so pissed with the traffic last week at MM. Hehe, hindi na sanay. MMDA should be abolished, gastos lang nang Gov't wala din pakinabang.

may abogagong tanga talaga. yung phrase "regardless of the degree of purity" in sec 11 ra 9165, kahit na tawas yung 3 gms and only 2 gms lang yung meth sa 5 gms na nakuha sa akusado, di pa rin makapag- bail yan!

the phrase "regardless of the degree of purity" that's found under sec 11 ra 9165 (comprehensive drugs act of 2002) wala yan sa ra 6425 (dangerous drugs act of 1972) as amended by ra 7659. importante yang phrase na yan kasi noong wala pa yan, yung abogado ng mga akusado mag file sila ng motion for quantitative examination or purity analysis sa shabu na nakompiska. ngayon wala na yang purity analysis because of that phrase.
No, it's not 20 yrs maximum. the penalty is dependent on the quantity of the illegal drugs confiscated from the possession of the accused. 10 gms or more but less than 50 gms= life imprisonment. 5 gms or more but less than 10 gms= 20 yrs to life imprisonment

Hoy Mr. Beautiful Eyes (abug*g*),- BUKAS ANG ZIPPER MO!

    Kaya effectively,- one-way lang....
