    ^ yeah I suspect it was mushroom but the night before I had tahong and I read somewhere that shellfish is high in purine. Anyway, I avoided tahong and mushrooms na for good. Tsaka limit din salmon, tuna anf mackerel.

    ^^^yan ang problema sir. Yan din mga paborit ko na fish. Kaya ko mabuhay ng ilang taon kahit century tuna at sardinas lang kinakain, kahit yung mga daing...
