I feel for you! It happened to me before. I don't know if it was from the weather or because the water was too hot when I shower. Use a good moisturizer on your face. Nakakahiya talaga kasi bukod sa nagbalat, nag red pa yung mukha ko

Mayat maya nga pahid ako ng pahid ng moisturizer. Ang vain ko daw kanina sabi sa office.

Try liquid cleansers such as Physiogel and Cetaphil. Mas matagal yung moisturizing effect nila kesa sa mga facial moisturizer na lotion.

I use Cetaphil soap but not for my face. I do the typical cleanse, tone and moisturize routine. I apply sun block on my face na rin. Wala kasi ako moisturizer during that time, I thought I could survive a few days without it, hindi pala, lalo na pag malamig Sobrang sensitive ng skin mo, wala pang below 10 degrees nagbabalat na.

Allergic ako sa alpha tocopherol topically pero okay lang kapag oral ko siyanf tinetake. Naiirita kasi yung mukha ko kapag may vitamin e. Daig ko pa yung binilad sa araw maghapon sa sobrang pula.

Try mo ms. Cath yung physiogel, alam ko mas mura yun kesa sa cetaphil.

Bad trip ang globelines.... it appears that their network was reconfigured and our modem router was not able to sync and so we needed to reconfigure the modem to be able to access the internet...

And then the ssid was also altered and so I have to reset it and reenter the password.... Oh well....

I asked my boss in passing a while ago for his feedback on my report yesterday and now i have to fine tune it, and add more items for presentation to the board for planning discussions later this afternoon. Olats. Ba't hindi kasi hiningi sa akin a few days ago instead.
